This Privacy Policy explains how ProlificDigiTech ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit prolificdigitech.com or contact us about our services. We work with construction, renovation and interior design businesses in Australia and the USA, and this policy applies to visitors from both regions.
Information we collect
We collect information in a few ways:
- Information you give us directly — your name, business name, email, phone number, project type and any details you submit through our audit request form or Calendly booking page.
- Information collected automatically — pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, approximate location and referral source, collected via Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads and Meta Pixel.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule a pipeline audit call.
- To run and measure the performance of our own Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
- To send you relevant updates, if you've agreed to hear from us.
Third-party services we use
Certain parts of the site rely on third-party providers, each governed by their own privacy policy: Web3Forms (delivers form submissions to us by email), Calendly (call scheduling), Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram ad measurement), and Hostinger (our website hosting provider).
How we share information
We don't sell your personal information. We only share it with the service providers above, to the extent needed for them to perform their function, or where required by law.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and client information for as long as it's needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required for legitimate business or legal reasons, after which it's deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
